Work: Business Closure

These actions are very difficult, but necessary, given the conditions in the market. ...."
=> In short, "Retrenchment". *Bang*! take the gun and kill all of us.

=> what the *duh*, please don't say something nice just to make yourself sleep better at night!

Well, seriously we don't like this guy from top top management and caused so many people jobless.Due to the business strategy, this week the top management come to our office and made official announcement on business closure for the office & operation over here.

I want to thanks them, because I received my FY09 birthday present from them. The effective date of the WFR is x-June-09.Should I say "Damn"? or "Thank"?
