Frankly speaking I really don't wish to talk about work over here. The more you see, you work and the more you find out more day by day ; and slowly you will start to hesitate.
What I heard from my ex-colleague is that engineer are not stupid and don't ever try to cheat them. Don;t you agree? Sometimes I knew the fact and choose to be silent. Undertable things always happened and don't ever try to think what is fair and what is unfair. In this real world, this cannot be measured.
There's few keywords you can find it at your work place. Interest of conflict, Leadership, Money. Sometimes this can be one of the reason people stay and go. Report to a good manager, then you're lucky. If unlucky one, then you have to wait for re-organization or left or stay continue work and pretend nothing happened.
